With a strong focus on oysters and steak, our restaurant is known as one of the best places to try oysters caught in the Isle of Skye itself. Many foodies travel to this area to try the world-renown oysters caught in the sea surrounding the island, and we use only the best suppliers to provide us with fresh, local produce.
Using local suppliers means we create our dishes using sustainable produce that supports the local economy, but just because we are in a remote location, it doesn’t mean we have to sacrifice the quality of what we eat. In fact, it means quite the opposite. We offer a quality of cuisine mirroring that found in some of the best establishments in the world, and we make the most of the flavours and ingredients surrounding us.
